Disable Fast startup

1.  Change the format number to Romans.
2.  Insert page-numbers i, ii.
3.  Go to page with the table content(already)-last page, go to page-layout, check on toolbar (break icon) and click on it.
4.  Select next page (you have created a new section).
5.  Change the format number to numbers.
6.  Insert page-numbers (which should start from this section-1234).
7.  Go to first page of document (cover page), click on the footer, check on different first page.
8.  Update table of content.
