Solution 1 – Enter Safe Mode
According
to many users, one way to avoid crashes and freezes is to enter Safe Mode. Safe Mode
doesn’t have these types of problems and everything works without any issues.
To enter Safe Mode, follow these simple steps:

Restart your PC few
times during the boot sequence to start Automatic Repair process.

Choose Troubleshoot
> Advanced options > Startup settings and click the Restart button.

key.

Solution 2 –IF THE Problem is due to Anniversary Update Download
Anniversary Update ISO files and try to upgrade again
One
solution proposed by users is to download Build 1607 ISO file and install
Anniversary Update using that ISO file. Before you try this solution, be sure
to revert back to the previous build or else the process won’t work. To download official Windows 10
Anniversary Update ISO files be sure that you have an empty DVD
or USB flash drive and Media Creation Tool ready.
After you create your bootable USB flash drive, insert it into your computer,
run setup.exe and install the update.
